Guest - A person renting a unit in a condominium.
Visitor - Someone visiting or staying with an owner such as friends or family.
Occupational Visitor - A frequent visitor that maintains or cleans a unit at a condominium.
Management Company - A business or person that manages a unit in a condominium.
Owner - A person that owns a unit in a condominium.
User - An owner, management company personnel, security personnel or HOA administrator.
Account - A group of users, for example a husband and wife will have 2 users but 1 account. Similarly a management company will have 1 account and several users.
My Garage is a feature to register long-term vehicles. Long-term vehicles include an owner's personal vehicles, and occupational visitors.
A star indicates that you are the primary user for your account. In the event that someone on your account needs to be contacted, we will first contact this primary user.
Once you pickup your rental vehicle you can then register the vehicle.
Check your spam or junk folder for a email from "no-response@guestsvcs.com". If you are unable to find the email, the management company may have misentered your email address. You should have recieved an automated text message asking for a valid email address, after responding to the text message with your email address an email with the link to your registration will be sent. If you still dont receive the email containing the link. Contact the rental company you booked through and they will provide you with the link.

The sign-in page is not for guests. You should have received a link to register your vehicles. Refer to "I never received a link to register my vehicle" above.

Your vehicles may not yet be activated. Activation is completed by an administrator at your HOA, you will receive and email indicating whether your vehicle request was approved or denied. After verifying that your vehicle is activated via My Garage, verify that the license plate number entered is correct and that characters are not transposed, such as "I", "L", or "1".
