With Community Associations and Properties

We share Your registration information, contact information, and Vehicle Information with the Community Association or Property associated with Your registration. This sharing is a core function of the Service. It enables authorized personnel to contact You regarding parking and vehicle matters, amenity access, policy violations, emergencies, and other issues directly related to Your presence at the property. Community Associations and Properties may use Your contact information to reach You in any situation they determine requires Your attention, including but not limited to vehicle issues, lease or policy compliance, security incidents, or community emergencies. Community Associations and Properties receive only the information necessary to manage their community and fulfill their obligations to residents and guests.

With Security Users

Vehicle registration and registration status information may be accessed by Security Users authorized by the applicable Community Association or Property to perform parking and access enforcement. Security Users are permitted to access only the Vehicle Information and registration data necessary to verify whether a vehicle is properly registered. The Community Association or Property that authorizes Security User access is responsible for ensuring that access is used appropriately and in compliance with applicable law. The Company is not responsible for the actions of Security Users or for the manner in which a Community Association or Property grants or oversees Security User access.

With Service Providers

We may share Your information with third-party vendors who assist Us in operating the Service, processing payments, delivering communications, and analyzing platform usage. These providers are contractually obligated to handle Your data only as necessary to perform services on Our behalf.

For Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of Company assets, Your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice before such a transfer subjects Your data to a materially different privacy policy.
