Community Association or Property means any homeowners association (HOA), condominium owners association (COA), condominium association, planned unit development association, cooperative, master association, property management company, or other residential or mixed-use community governance entity or property operator that uses the Service to manage registrations, access, and compliance for its community.

Owner means an individual who holds an ownership interest in a residential unit within a property managed through the Service and who registers through the Service.
Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Security User means an individual authorized by a Community Association or Property to access the Service for the limited purpose of verifying vehicle registrations and supporting parking and access enforcement. A Security User may be employed directly by the Community Association or Property or by a third-party security company engaged by the Community Association or Property. The Community Association or Property that grants access is responsible for the Security User's handling of any data accessed through the Service.
Service refers to the Guest Services website and platform, accessible at https://guestsvcs.com.
Service Provider means any third-party company or individual engaged by the Company to support, operate, or analyze the Service.
Transaction Data means information related to fees, payments, fines, or other financial activity processed through the Service.
Usage Data means data collected automatically through use of the Service, such as IP addresses, browser types, pages visited, and session duration.
Vehicle Information means any information You provide regarding a vehicle, including make, model, year, color, and license plate number.
Visitor means an individual who is a friend, family member, or other invitee of an Owner and who registers a vehicle through the Service at the Owner's property.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service in any capacity, including Owners, Guests, Tenants, Visitors, Administrators, and Security Users.

We share Your registration information, contact information, and Vehicle Information with the Community Association or Property associated with Your registration. This sharing is a core function of the Service. It enables authorized personnel to contact You regarding parking and vehicle matters, amenity access, policy violations, emergencies, and other issues directly related to Your presence at the property. Community Associations and Properties may use Your contact information to reach You in any situation they determine requires Your attention, including but not limited to vehicle issues, lease or policy compliance, security incidents, or community emergencies. Community Associations and Properties receive only the information necessary to manage their community and fulfill their obligations to residents and guests.
Vehicle registration and registration status information may be accessed by Security Users authorized by the applicable Community Association or Property to perform parking and access enforcement. Security Users are permitted to access only the Vehicle Information and registration data necessary to verify whether a vehicle is properly registered. The Community Association or Property that authorizes Security User access is responsible for ensuring that access is used appropriately and in compliance with applicable law. The Company is not responsible for the actions of Security Users or for the manner in which a Community Association or Property grants or oversees Security User access.
We may share Your information with third-party vendors who assist Us in operating the Service, processing payments, delivering communications, and analyzing platform usage. These providers are contractually obligated to handle Your data only as necessary to perform services on Our behalf.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of Company assets, Your Personal Data may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide notice before such a transfer subjects Your data to a materially different privacy policy.
