Third-party connection failure. A workaround was put in place and stability of the site was recovered within the hour.

SMS messages are not being recieved. It has been found that the receiving phone carriers have blacklisted the phone number used to notify guests' of invalid email addresses. We are working to setup a alternate phone number, as well as de-list the existing number.

Our SMS service provider is not currently available. During an update of their system, our text message accreditation was invalidated. We have reapplied and are currently waiting for approval. A temporary solution is to sign-in with your registered email address.
